Automatic Journeying - the participant is invited to relay their inner visual dialogue as they are transported by this live rhythmic sonic landscape. The participant is not guided to go into an underworld as in ancient shaman practises but to follow their mind’s eye. The verbal relating of what you see breaks inhibiting cognitive patterns enabling the listener to engage in a truly automatic visual inner journey. A particular focus or question can be prepared in advance.
